An HSP is someone with a heightened sensitivity to sensory input, emotions, and subtleties in their environment, often processing information more deeply than most people. This trait, known as sensory-processing sensitivity, can lead to stronger emotional reactions, greater empathy, and a need for more downtime to avoid overstimulation. I know what it’s like to feel things intensely. I also know what it’s like to turn that depth into purpose—to build a life and a career not in spite of sensitivities, but because of it.
My HSP is my superpower as a therapist. I use my gifts all the time and they have helped me, help others. If you are an HSP, I will know pretty quickly and I will teach you about your superpowers and how to use them. I can help you, not only feel safe but proud of your abilities. If you are not an HSP, our work will support your vulnerabilities. In my work with you I will be firm, without being shaming, tough but kind. I am so excited to meet you!
